PyCon UK Critical Individuals Accommodation and Costs Policy

A collection of hotel rooms will be booked for the duration of PyCon UK for individuals who meet either of the following criteria:

• They are critical to the operation of the Conference.

• They are critical to the organising team.

At the discretion of the Conference Director, other out of pocket expenses may also be covered.

The Conference Director will submit a recommendation of qualifying individuals to the UKPA Trustees.
